Refund Policy

Deposit Refunds

Deposits are generally non-refundable, though extreme circumstances will be reviewed by the company, Joley Aire. Deposit refunds will be issued at the discretion of the company owners.

Deposit refunds will be issued for breeder faults such as:

  • Pregnancy didn’t take

  • Genetic defects or health problems found

  • All male or female litter

Deposit refunds will not be issued for the following reasons, but not limited to:

  • Customer change of mind

  • Customer found a different breeder

  • Puppy coloring

Puppy Refund

Refunds for the purchase of a puppy will only be given if a genetic defect is detected by a licensed veterinarian within the first 2 years of the puppy’s life.

If the customer is unable to continue caring for the puppy, the puppy must be returned to Joley Aire. We will then assist the customer in finding a new, more suitable home for the puppy and any proceeds from re-homing fees will be issued to the customer.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to rebekah@joleyaire.com. Please provide details about your purchase and reason for requesting a refund.
